Richard Williams, I think you’ll find no one has invited me to any of these meetings! My life was difficult too - didn’t have any privilege, worked hard, grafted my way to the humble success I have today! Fyre Festival shirt I believe in helping myself rather than blaming anyone else. Happy to talk anytime. Respect for saying what you feel! Some beautiful posts on here! I am so glad to see so much positivity and unity amongst us when the past few years have been rough. I have witnessed so much ignorance, arrogance and selfishness growing up and in the last couple of years since Brexit and multiple terror attacks. This has restored my faith in humanity!
What are you talking about, you had no privilege, it’s the discussion we’ve been waiting to have with you people, you come & became our oppressors lucky, & as such was granted the privileges you now enjoy. Are you suggesting we in our community do not work hard? We grafted too as did our parents who were invited to this country to rebuild it, the NHS where my mother worked, was a hotbed of racism, but she continued, as did my father, don’t we all believe in helping ourselves? I’ve served Queen & country & for what, how much longer are we supposed to wait for the fruits of our labor.
